"SHARING KNOWLEDGE" - The main objective of this program

We would like to enable researchers by sharing knowledge on the approaches for Next Generation Sequencing and Microarray data analysis which we have acquired over the years by analyzing hundreds of projects for diverse applications.

Biokart has partnered with Bionivid Technology in this regard. Having trained more than 50 PhD students across different institutes from India on NGS data analysis.

The institutes includes Delhi University (South Campus), IARI, ICGEB, University of Hyderabad, Indian Institute of Spice Research and many more.

Program Duration and Content

It is a 40 hours program in which includes:

• Basics and Applications of Microarray and Next Generation Sequencing.
• Designing Genomics Projects.
• Training on using most widely used Genomics software.
• Advanced Excel training and scripting for Genomics data analysis.
